Manifest announced in PR Week’s top agencies to work for
Unlimited holiday, Manifest Balance and a dedicated Head of Diversity and Equality are just three of the reasons we’ve been proclaimed winners in PR Week’s top agencies as part of their UK Best Places to Work 2017!
The judges noted that our ‘highly nurturing culture’ was another reason that we took home a top three position in the Small Agency category of the awards. Our employee schemes were branded ‘generous’, ‘innovative’ and ‘unusual’, words that were music to our ears. Last year we became the first employer to reward staff for exercise, partnering with Sweatcoin, each step an employee takes can be cashed in for a treat. The constantly rotating rewards range from a pint in the pub, through to a tea round made by founder Alex, or a daily Sonos ban for our self-proclaimed music master Julian.
Alex Myers commented:
“We want Manifest to be the best business in the country to work for – and we’re getting there, slowly but surely. The recognition from PR Week that we are amongst the best agencies to work for means a lot, but we’ll continue to look for ways to innovate to improve even more in 2017 and beyond. Congratulations to all the other finalists too.”
