The power of three: Manifest appoints three of ‘the best creative minds in the industry’ to senior team

Andrew Soar, Saxony Goodwin and Woody Anderson have joined Manifest as Creative Communications Director, Senior Brand Strategist and Senior Account Director in what the agency is calling a ‘creative coup’.

Manifest, the independent integrated agency has added three new faces to its senior creative team following a period of growth that has seen the business more than double its monthly retained fee income in just four months. All joining in newly created roles from 1 September, Andrew Soar will be Creative Communications Director, Saxony Goodwin arrives as a Senior Brand Strategist and Woody Anderson will be a Senior Account Director.

Andrew Soar joins Manifest from Unity, where he held the same title. Over his career, which includes a successful stint as Associate Creative Director at Shine, Soar’s work has gained international recognition, picking up over 30 industry accolades for brands as varied as Ben & Jerry’s, Marks & Spencer, Diageo, Lacoste, ghd and Oculus Rift.

South African Senior Brand Strategist, Saxony Goodwin will bolster a growing brand marketing team at Manifest, led by founder Alex Myers and Branding and Design Director Martin Farrar-Smith. In recent months, Manifest has delivered its Brand Manifesto service for Chinese bike sharing giant, ofo, smartphone challenger Wileyfox, conscious sportswear brand Houdini and soft drinks innovator Nix&Kix. Goodwin’s role will combine brand consultancy and Brand Manifesto delivery, creative copywriting for above-the-line campaigns and social media content strategy.

Woody Anderson has 15 years of PR work under his belt, having worked in both in-house and agency roles at Channel 4, M&C Saatchi, Exposure, Freud Communications and John Doe – bringing fashion, sports and entertainment experience to Manifest’s account teams. His brand experience includes BMW, Department of Health, Vodafone, Pepsico and Le Coq Sportif, as well as ASOS for whom he worked during a freelance stint at Manifest in 2016.

Manifest has had a record year so far in 2017, growing the Manifest London team to 27 people, more than doubling its fee income and winning global awards at Manifest New York, and opening its latest international office, Manifest Stockholm. The agency was also named in PR Week’s Best Places to Work in January, welcomed back BrewDog to its portfolio in the Spring and introduced a proprietary influencer relations platform, Roger this summer.
